Does anybody else think that the IPL team names are some of the cheesiest and most unimaginative ones ever heard in Sports? Four of the franchise names mean almost the same (Super Kings, Kings XI, Royals & Royal Challengers). The names should reflect that one special thing about the cities/states. If not that, at least the names should roll off the tongues. but the chosen names fall woefully short of that. Hyderabad Nawaabs, Mumbai Mauraders etc.. So pathetic!
